Why traditional education is broken

It’s incredible how almost everybody I know loves to learn and yet almost everybody I know hated school.

I do think the traditional education system is broken:

  1. It’s still constructed for the industrial age
  2. The topics and way we learn are obsolete
  3. It teaches us to be in competition with one another and leads to unhappiness because we measure our worth based on other people.

The thing is we live in a radically different world than the one traditional education was designed for.

We are no longer competing for a limited amount of resources.

We live in abundance.

There’s space for everybody.

So in this new era, let’s make space for a new way of learning, shall we?
